'Peaceful Kids' is a program guided with Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. The program aims to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children. Peaceful Kids helps children to build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them by building their ‘tool box’ with handy and easy ways to handle their emotions.

8 Mindfulness & Positive Psychology Sessions for Teens
'Peaceful Teens' helps teenagers to navigate through the difficulties of being a teen in a supportive and safe group environment. The Teen sessions will dive into a deeper understanding and application of Mindfulness, grounding techniques, riding the waves of strong emotions, adaptive coping strategies, managing unhelpful thinking and self care.

Peaceful Parents
4 Mindfulness & Positive Psychology Sessions for Parents
