Cancellation Policy

We get it, sometimes you’ll have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, however we ask to please let us know two business days in advance.

If you need cancel your session within those two days, unfortunately we’ll need to charge the full fee. Things will already have been put in motion to accomodate your session and there often isn’t enough time to fill the space.

Please note that payment is required at the time of booking.
